Absolutely awesome experience..From Annie in the office to Gene coming to measure..carpet came in so fast and Mike and Mike did a beautiful job laying the carpet..highly recommend this company

My complaint has been addressed to my satisfaction and I would like to retract my comments about Casual Carpet. They have always done right by me and I would have a hard time finding a better carpet store.

My complaint somehow got lost for months but has now been addressed. I was called from the store owner and he apologized for this mistake. Casual Carpet has always been a fine store with good service. The owner has assured me this matter will be addressed with the person involved. I would still give Casual Carpet a good reference for quality products and service. The next time I need carpet, I'd shop there again. I consider this a mistake that has been resolved.
