Casual Carpets has been serving Austintown and its neighboring cities since the 1980s. Owner, Gene Marra runs his business with the philosophy of offering quality flooring at a fair price. You never have to wait for a sale because we have everyday low pricing. Our company is primarily family operated. Currently, his sister, Annie Marra Beres is the Sales Manager. His wife, Diane Marra is a sales associate. You may even remember his niece Marci Marra in commercials back in early 1980's. We like to treat everyone that walks through our doors like family. We take pride in our work and strive for 100% customer satisfaction. That is what builds customers for life and has kept our business growing. We appreciate our customers and we also believe in giving back to our community through helping schools, local fundraisers, or donations to local charities.

As Casual Carpets grew we also added a second location in Columbiana. We have been helping generations of families select floor coverings for their homes and businesses to suit their different styles and budgets. We offer all types of floor coverings including carpets, sheet vinyl, waterproof luxury vinyl tiles (LVT), laminates, hardwoods, and ceramic/porcelain tiles in an array of styles and colors to coordinate with your décor. We can also customize area rugs and runners in any size or style to fit your needs.


Through the years we incorporated services for carpet cleaning, blinds & window coverings, and even sinks & countertops. However, since 2014 we have put our main focus on professionally installing quality flooring. Call or visit either location in Austintown or Columbiana for great savings and service! Our courteous sales consultants are available during Monday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Tuesday - Friday 10:00 AM -5:00 PM, and Saturday 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

We can set an appointment if needed for before or after hours if needed.
